No, renters insurance is not required.

Applicants complete the application online and pay a $60 application fee and $150 admin fee. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Rent covers access to all amenities, but utilities—such as water, electric, and internet—are typically billed separately.
How can I pay rent?
Residents can pay rent through our secure online portal or in person at the leasing office. We also offer FlexPay or other payment programs to help you split rent into smaller, manageable payments.

What is your move-out process?
A 60-day written notice is required. Residents should schedule a walkthrough with staff, return all keys by the scheduled move-out date, transfer electricity out of their name, and update their mailing address with USPS.
