    Cross Creek welcomes pets! No weight limit! The pet fee is $300 and pet rent is $10 per month per pet (maximum 2 pets). Our breed restrictions are Pit bulls, Stafford Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, American Bulldogs, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows and Huskies.

  2. Do you have washer and dryer connections?

    All of our floor plans have washer and dryer connections!

  3. What utilities are included in the rent?

    We pay for the sewer, trash pick-up and pest control.

    Residents are responsible for their own water, electricity, cable, and local phone service.

  5. What do I do if I need emergency maintenance service?
